The firm is registered in Nigeria with a functional office in Abuja. It is registered with Corporate Affairs Commission in 2001 under the company and Allied Matters. In the 21^st century, the most constant and dynamic need of Organizations and businesses is a new way of doing business to meet up new challenges. The Board of Directors

The Mainland Resources Limited board is composed of highly experienced professionals who have made significant contributions in both the private and public sectors. The Board members include:

DR. Muhammad Imam Yahaya, OFR FCIB (Chairman)

Dr. Yahaya is a highly respected figure in the banking profession and is the only Nigerian who has served on the Boards of seven commercial banks as a Director, Executive Director, and Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer at different times. A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Dr. Yahaya also holds an honorary degree from the Commonwealth Open University UK. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, University of California, and Stanford University, USA. Dr. Yahaya is a distinguished fellow of six professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Directors (IOD). He is currently engaged in private business and serves on the Board of the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI), an appointment by the Federal Government of Nigeria. He holds the national honor of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR).

Mr. Ogili Enenche (Director)

Mr. Enenche is a graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Chartered Accountant. He has held various positions in both private and public sectors, rising to the position of Assistant General Manager at FinBank Plc before his retirement.

Major E.M. Ogiri (Rtd) (Director)

Major Michael Egbo Ogiri (Rtd) is a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience in the Nigerian Army. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an HND in Secretarial Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic. Major Ogiri has held various leadership positions, including Commander of Internal Security Operations and Instructor for the Gambian National Army. He has received numerous awards for his service in the military and peacekeeping missions across Africa.

Margaret O. Agi (Group Managing Director)

Ms. Margaret Agi is a graduate of Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. A Chartered Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Fellow of the Nigerian Economic Institute, she has over 20 years of banking experience, culminating in her role as Regional Head, Abuja & North at FCMB before her voluntary retirement.

Joseph Onah – Ebinyi Ochunu, LLB, BL (Company Secretary & Legal Adviser)

Mr. Onah is a lawyer with 27 years of post-call experience. A graduate of the University of Calabar in 1991, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. He is the Principal Partner at “ICONS OF JUSTICE,” a law firm based in Abuja.

Adeyi Dennis (Chief Finance Officer)

Mr. Dennis is a Certified Accountant with over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and management consulting.

Abubakar Imam (Head, Business Development)

Mr. Imam is a seasoned business development expert with experience both within and outside Nigeria. He holds a degree from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, and furthered his studies at the University of Salford, Manchester, UK, where he earned a graduate diploma in Management and a degree in International Banking and Finance. His career includes roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Assessment and Qualification Alliance, Manchester UK.

Mohammed Sayuti Yahaya (Head, Operations)

Mr. Yahaya holds a degree in Business Administration & Management and a master’s degree in Management. He has 8 years of experience in banking, both in operations and marketing, and currently oversees the operations and marketing department of Mainland Resources Limited.

Alamai Amina, LLB, BL (Head, Recruitment and Evaluation)

Ms. Amina has over 10 years of experience with the Federal Ministry of Justice, FCT Abuja, and is a practicing lawyer. She is a Partner at P.A. Bello Chambers and has played a significant role in helping Mainland Resources achieve its goals.
